We’re seeking an AI Specialist to lead the development and integration of intelligent systems that power Clai’s automation workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers and product teams to design models and tools that enhance speed, accuracy, and insight across our platform.

Responsibilities

• AI Model Development: Build and integrate AI models for document understanding, contract parsing, and workflow automation.
  Applied ML: Fine-tune LLMs and implement prompt-engineering strategies to improve contextual accuracy.

• Product Integration: Work with engineers to deploy AI capabilities into production systems with performance and scalability in mind.

• Data Strategy: Help define data pipelines, labeling, and feedback loops to continuously improve AI performance.

• Research & Experimentation: Stay ahead of the curve with emerging models, APIs, and architectures (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source LLMs).

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in AI/ML or data science roles.
  Proficiency with Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), and NLP toolkits.

• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, or retrieval-augmented generation.

• Understanding of production ML deployment and evaluation practices.

• Strong collaboration skills and product sensibility.

Nice to Have

• Background in legaltech, fintech, or workflow automation.

• Experience integrating AI with Node.js or React-based systems.
