Lead the development and integration of intelligent systems that power Clai's automation workflows.
Responsibilities
- AI Model Development: Build and integrate AI models for document understanding, contract parsing, and workflow automation.
- Applied ML: Fine-tune LLMs and implement prompt-engineering strategies to improve contextual accuracy.
- Product Integration: Work with engineers to deploy AI capabilities into production systems with performance and scalability in mind.
- Data Strategy: Help define data pipelines, labeling, and feedback loops to continuously improve AI performance.
- Research & Experimentation: Stay ahead of the curve with emerging models, APIs, and architectures (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source LLMs).
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in AI/ML or data science roles. Proficiency with Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), and NLP toolkits.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, or retrieval-augmented generation.
- Understanding of production ML deployment and evaluation practices.
- Strong collaboration skills and product sensibility.
Nice to Have
- Background in legaltech, fintech, or workflow automation.
- Experience integrating AI with Node.js or React-based systems.
