We’re seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with the founders to drive strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, high-impact environments and wants to help shape the trajectory of a fast-growing AI-driven company.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Operations: Translate high-level goals into actionable plans, ensuring priorities are aligned across product, engineering, and business teams.
    Execution & Accountability:
    Oversee projects, track metrics, and ensure key deliverables are met on time and to standard.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product, Growth, and Engineering to remove roadblocks, improve processes, and accelerate outcomes.

  • Founder Support: Act as a trusted thought partner to the founders—facilitating decision-making, meetings, and communications.

  • Company Building: Help shape company culture, hiring strategy, and operational systems as Clai scales.


Qualifications
  • 5+ years in fast-paced startups, consulting, operations, or chief-of-staff roles.
    Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and align stakeholders.

  • Experience working directly with founders or executive teams.

  • Comfort operating in high-growth, ambiguous environments.


Nice to Have
  • Experience in proptech, fintech, or SaaS.

  • Background in technical or product-oriented organizations.
