We're hiring our VP of Growth — the person who owns revenue and turns early traction into a repeatable, scalable engine. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves leadership role, not a hands-off one. You'll personally run deals and close brokers in the early innings, then build the playbook, hire the team, and scale what works. You'll be the commercial voice in the room with the CEO, shaping how we package, price, and sell Clai to the real estate market.
Own the number. Build and deliver against revenue and pipeline targets, with full ownership of forecasting and reporting to the CEO.
What you'll do
Sell, personally. Run full-cycle deals with brokers and brokerages — prospecting, demos, negotiation, and close — especially before the team scales.
Build the playbook. Define our ICP, messaging, sales process, pricing, and the metrics that matter; turn what's working into something repeatable.
Hire and coach the team. Recruit, onboard, and develop AEs and SDRs as we grow; lead as a player-coach who still gets in the deals.
Drive the full growth motion. Partner with marketing and product on demand generation, lifecycle, and feedback loops — growth, not just closing.
Be the voice of the customer. Bring broker insights back to product to sharpen the roadmap and our edge against legacy tools.
Build partnerships. Open channels with brokerages, teams, MLSs, and industry partners that accelerate adoption.
What we're looking for
A track record of carrying and beating quota in B2B SaaS — and growing from an early-career sales role into leadership (Director / Head / VP).
Experience selling to realtors, brokers, or brokerages — or adjacent PropTech / real estate technology. You understand how agents and brokers buy.
Genuinely hands-on. You'd rather close a deal yourself than wait for a team to — and you can build the process while running it.
Comfortable as an early, senior hire in a fast-moving, founder-led startup — high ownership, high ambiguity, high upside.
You can build a sales motion from scratch: process, pricing, enablement, metrics, and the first hires.
Excited about AI changing how an entire industry works — and able to sell that vision credibly.
