Responsibilities
- Design and build robust full-stack features across our contracts, payments, and automation platform.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to turn complex workflows into simple, reliable experiences.
- Own technical decisions, quality, performance, and production delivery.
- Help establish engineering practices and mentor teammates as Clai scales.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building full-stack web applications.
- Strong proficiency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and databases.
- Experience with APIs, cloud environments, and production systems.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment.
