We’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer who thrives in high-impact environments and can architect, build, and scale systems that power mission-critical workflows. Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Design, build, and scale features across the stack (front-end, back-end, APIs, database).

• Payments Infrastructure: Architect secure and scalable payment flows (issuance, disbursement, reconciliation, compliance) using providers like Stripe, Plaid, or equivalent.

• AI Workflow Integration: Work closely with data scientists and product teams to integrate AI-driven document parsing, contract automation, and decision workflows.

• System Architecture: Lead technical decisions around scalability, microservices, and distributed systems to support high-volume transactional workloads.

• Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and operations to ship innovative features quickly while maintaining a high bar for quality and security.

• Mentorship: Provide guidance and leadership to junior and mid-level engineers.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of professional full stack engineering experience.

• Proficiency in modern frameworks and stacks (Node.js, React, Python, TypeScript, or similar).

• Experience building secure payment systems (e.g., escrow, payouts, regulatory compliance).

• Familiarity with AI/ML-powered workflows (document parsing, LLM integrations, workflow automation).

• Strong background in system design, APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).

• Knowledge of database design (SQL + NoSQL) for transactional systems.

• Prior startup experience or ability to thrive in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in real estate, fintech, or proptech industries.

• Familiarity with e-signature flows (DocuSign, HelloSign, etc.).

• Contributions to open-source projects or AI workflow platforms.
