Video & Marketing Associate (Entry Level)

Location: Miami Beach, FL
Schedule: Full-time — 4 days/week in-office, 1 day remote
Company Stage: Recently raised $6M; building a next-gen residential real estate contracts + payments platform
Team Size: ~10 today, expected to double in Q1

We’re looking for a Video & Marketing Associate who brings energy, initiative, and a “figure-it-out” mindset. Someone who loves creating content, experimenting with new ideas, and jumping in wherever needed.

What You’ll Do

• Produce, edit, and publish short-form and long-form video content

• Assist with filming and supporting the company podcast

• Create and post content across our social platforms, website, and industry forums

• Support marketing campaigns and initiatives across the company

• Help coordinate and execute internal and external events

• Assist with swag design, sourcing, and production

• Use AI tools to accelerate marketing workflows, content creation, and distribution

• Bring creativity and hustle to a fast-paced startup environment

Who You Are

• Positive attitude, great energy, and team-first mentality

• Hands-on creative who enjoys producing content and learning new tools

• Comfortable figuring things out without a playbook

• Strong sense of ownership — you like to move quickly and make things happen

• Interest in real estate, tech, media, or startups is a plus

• Experience with video editing software (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut) is a plus

• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.) is a bonus

• Open to wearing multiple hats and helping wherever needed
