We’re looking for a Video & Marketing Associate who brings energy, initiative, and a “figure-it-out” mindset. Someone who loves creating content, experimenting with new ideas, and jumping in wherever needed.
What You’ll Do
- Produce, edit, and publish short-form and long-form video content
- Assist with filming and supporting the company podcast
- Create and post content across our social platforms, website, and industry forums
- Support marketing campaigns and initiatives across the company
- Help coordinate and execute internal and external events
- Assist with swag design, sourcing, and production
- Use AI tools to accelerate marketing workflows, content creation, and distribution
- Bring creativity and hustle to a fast-paced startup environment
Who You Are

- Hands-on creative who enjoys producing content and learning new tools
- Comfortable figuring things out without a playbook
- Strong sense of ownership — you like to move quickly and make things happen
- Interest in real estate, tech, media, or startups is a plus
Schedule
- Full-time — 4 days/week in-office, 1 day remote
