The IDX Broker Core and Engage references describe provider capabilities to discuss—not a statement that every capability is implemented or enabled in Clai. Confirm map and address search, filters, featured showcases, market reports, sold data, and natural-language search individually with our team.
The fee list retains separate source entries, including repeated MLS IDs. Different entries may apply to different arrangements, and some repeated entries have differing rates. Those conflicts are flagged for confirmation. Do not assume either rate applies until our team verifies it.
